Policy & Rules

Accommodation is provided only to guests whose details are duly registered at the hotel reception.

Guests will receive the room key only after completing the registration process at the reception desk.

Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory at the time of check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Loss of room key will be charged ₹500/-.

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Late check-out after 11:30 AM will be charged ₹1000 + applicable taxes per hour, subject to availability.

Bringing or storing flammable materials, explosives, firearms, hazardous items, or prohibited goods inside the hotel premises is strictly forbidden.

Gambling, smoking, consumption of alcohol, drugs, non-vegetarian or pungent food, possession of weapons, explosives, animals, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

Any damage to property including rooms, furniture, linen, fittings, or amenities caused by guests or their visitors will be charged in full as assessed by the management.

Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms. In exceptional cases, visitors may be allowed only with valid photo ID, mandatory registration at reception, and written approval from the guest and management.

Visitor stay is limited to 30 minutes. Extended visits beyond 30 minutes will be charged, subject to management approval.

The management reserves the right to modify, amend, or change any of the above policies, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Unmarried couples are not allowed.
